Recently I have been really lacking in energy almost dragging my limbs. I know I am not unique in sufffering fatigue, I figure many Vizzed people do too, what helps you?

Do you suffer from any forms of depression? Or do you work many hours? If it is depression related that it is best to stay active. A walk once or twice a day is suggested, even a jog, I personally love to do yoga.

Now if it work related, you have to find a balance, yes you should relax on your day off but you should also take time out to walk. Sometimes, an easy walk can be twice as relaxing as just sitting around.

Getting your heart beat up and your blood flowing can be ten times better then chugging am energy drink, and a lot healthier for you to.

Well these are things that work for me anyway, I have little energy due to a really bad case of depression, so these are just some things I've picked up in the last eight years or so.

I would say that the most important thing is to making sure you are getting a good nights sleep. Making sure you are DEEP asleep and do not have distractions around you keeping you from reaching full REM.

Also if something is bothering you, and you are depressed that could be causing you to be tired as well.

Something that always helps me in that situation is to start exercising. If I make it a point to become more active I usually gain energy as the days go on.
