I usually don't take a vitamin daliy but If I am not feeling like myself or other people around me have been sick I will stock up on some C and Z, and a little zinc as well.

I take one of those 'One a Day' things. My doctor says its really all thats needed for the average person. Unless your some sort of sports player or what ever, you have to be careful what you take in to your body, because.. to much extra stuff is just as bad as not enough... if that makes sense.

I took them as a young'in, but that stopped as I grew older. I took them again one summer when I was trying to improve myself (which actually worked, bodily-wise) but I stopped after that too.
