I hate vegetables on my hamburgers. I like it for the meat, not the salad. I usually don't like cheese on it because they usually use the lame American cheese (ew processed). However, I will eat it because they always seem to put it on even though I never ask for cheese and sometimes even say no cheese so yeah. For me, just the meat with ketchup on top (and monterey jack if they're homemade) is fine by me.
