I didn't get my first computer till about 10 years ago. My dad had a laptop when I was a teenager, but he would never let me use it. So if I had a project or something I had to use the computer that one of my friends had, or use one at the school.

I have 2 laptops. I take one everywhere I go, and the other just sits around the house looking pretty, or If I have company over they use it. I've had one of my laptops for about 7 years now. Oh wow! I didn't realize how long I've had it until posting in this thread. The first computer I ever had when was I was 12 but it wasn't really mine..it was my mothers, and at that age she didn't really let me use the internet unless it was to look something up for her. She always told me strange perverted people roam the internet...and she's right.
