Me, I want the Nook Color. It's marketed as an e-reader, but it has tablet functionality. It can browse the web, stream music via Pandora, play music/video, etc.. Come early January, it'll be getting Android 2.2 Froyo, which will provide speed boosts, Barnes & Nobles own app store (it'll have apps made for the 7 inch screen), and the ability to peel the software layer and go for the regular Android home screen. This is not to mention that it packs a capacitive(responds to light taps like the iPhone) IPS display, the same one the iPad uses, a resolution of 1024x600 (the iPad is 1024x768, which is ever so slightly better), 800mhz processor, and 512mb of RAM. Throw in WiFi and long term support, make it $250, and call it the Nook Color.

Now that' I'm older I don't really want a lot of stuff that is reasonable. I do want a larger TV like 50 inch HD...but that will probably have to wait. I would also like a vacation to someplace warm.
