Well I was physically hurt yesterday when I slipped on some ice and fell on my butt.

Physically, there's usually something hurting for me everyday, but that's the part of being an "intense athlete". When you're weightlifting for and hour and a half and wrestling for two and a half hours everyday, something's usually gonna hurt. However, I am basically injured from a bulging disk in my spine that has put me out of wrestling for a couple days.

I sure did Jordan, thanks for pointing that out. I hate when that happens.

The last time I've been hurt was when me and my ex (at that time) were no longer speaking/seeing each other for petty nonsense. I was depressed for several weeks. But now He has come back to me and hopefully this time we'll live happily ever after.

I pulled by calf muscle really bad a few months ago. It was really weird too because I couldn't feel my foot for a week after it. Needless to say it was very interesting trying to walk around during that week. I looked like a handicapped person.
