Hey, I apologize if some of my questions have been answered before, but I'm new here and can get a little lost trying to find things. Basically, I think the ability to compete for high scores in NES games is really neat, but I want to make sure I'm doing it right. After I submit a screenshot, I just have to copy the score from the screen into the little box and enter that to complete the process, correct? Is the screenshot the only thing that verifies the score, or is there something else? I notice NESCafe says it's in "Time Trial Mode", and one of its features is recording a movie of the game being played, so is a movie required to make sure that nothing went fishy in the middle of play, or is that feature not used?
Also, does state-saving still work, and if so, is it allowed? If not, what are some valid methods of pausing a game to come back to it later? (I personally don't like to play on that emulator for very long as it heats up my computer's CPU a lot.) I know I may sound as if I'm taking this too seriously, but hey, I wouldn't want to play a game for hours only to have a score disqualified!
