Does any one know the name of the soft wear that is needed 2 make rom hacks? If you do; do u know how much $ and from where or whom I can get it from. I’ve play most of the games (witch where amazing btw), and would like 2 create some of my own; I’ve got new ideas for gd, gbc, and gba games and would like to create and donate them. I think they’d b an awesome addition 2 all the other great games already obtained by vizzed.com, thanks,…PS any and all info is greatly appreciated.

I know some software for Pokemon Game Hacking. Here's what I use:
AdvanceMap- this lets you change up the scenery
AdvanceText-This lets you change what each character says
EliteMap- This lets you change Sprite Appearances

type in whack a hack on google
once you find it click it, then scroll down and click GBA TOOLS.
You'll find everything you need.
