I record time for Pokemon gold is 5 hours and 30 minutes just using one Pokemon. I also beat the gamecube version of Twilight Princess in 11 hours 15 minutes by utilizing a glitch or two along the way (only 2 though).

There have been countless handheld games that I have been in an hour or two so I'll focus on platform . When The Legend of Zelda: A Link To the Past came out it took my parents forever to beat it(I didn't watch them though) and then they let me try and I had it done in about 2 days. Another one I find myself really good at are the Resident Evil games, I can fly through them. Had RE for the gamecube and unlocked everything and could still beat the invisible enemy mode in less than 3 hours which has no auto-aim. And all the ones afterward I basically done the same.

I always take my time, what can I say? The game that I beat the fastest was probably Legacy of Goku. I don't remember how long it took me, but, I remember playing it at night and being done within two hours or so (my friend said that he beat it in about 45 minutes btw).
