The emulator screen is bigger than the browser screen and it cuts off some of the game screen, that's your problem? Have you tried to maximize the emulator screen?

If the game screen is too big either you have the game window maximised or you need to increase your screen resolution.
To change the window size you can just click the icon in the top right which looks like a small box, it's next to the X icon.
To change your screen resolution right click an empty spot of the desktop, click properties/personalise, click display then click adjust resolution.
That should do it, but let us know if neither of these works for you.
