lol just straight up political values? I'll post them all
I believe in personal responsibility. A free market economy works best when left alone and doesn't require a lot of government involvement.
The prices will regulate themselves with competition. The government should be spending more money on things like our military rather than
Things such as relief programs. I am a strong conservative.
Conservatism is the belief that people should have more personal freedom and that the majority of power shouldn't be in the hands of the
federal government, but rather in the state and local governments. This is better because the federal government can't meet the needs of
individual people, only the nation as a whole. State and local governments are able to do what's best for the people they specifically govern
since the peoples' needs vary. For example: people in parts of California have issues with wild fires, and Alaska rarely gets them because
it has a very different climate. Obviously I can't name every difference for every part of the country but that concept is applicable to every
state, county, and city in the country.
Things like the universal healthcare bill are bad since it will be harder on people since healthcare is now taken from people in taxes.
"Free" healthcare is far from free unless doctors and nurses stop getting paid entirely, medical equipment grows on trees, and hospitals are free.
Abortion is the same as murder. The process involves killing babies, and frankly I'm not sure why people think it's okay.
Some use the argument that in situations like someone being impregnated after being raped shouldn't have to have that baby. While yes I agree
that that's horrible that the individual was raped, why should the baby have to pay for the crime? In any situation where the mother wants to
murder their child through abortion; they still have the option to put that baby up for adoption.
Things like the death penalty should not only be legal, but enforced without the long waits. Criminals who commit murder deserve the same
punishment as their crime, and they are likely to kill again. That could be avoided with the death penalty. Also the death penalty not only
removes any threat, but it also makes more room in the jails and doesn't require an inmate to be fed and taken care of everyday. Not only should
the death penalty be applied to murderers but also to people like rapists and molesters. Those people are just as bad as those who murder.
Border control should be improved. Illegal aliens work in the United States and collect the money they earn to bring it back to Mexico. Outsourcing
our money is devastating to the economy. When illegal aliens take our money back to mexico, that money is gone, never to be circulated in our
economy again. Welfare programs should have a huge budget cut.
A few days ago while I was working at Harris Teeter, a woman came to my register with some food items and beer. She Paid in two different orders,
she used food stamps to pay for her food and her own money to buy beer. If someone can afford to by alcohol, then they don't need food stamps.
That happens all the time, the food stamps are taxpayer's money used to pay for people like that woman to be able to get alcoholic beverages.
