I believe that there are other universes, but I don't think that it is something that we can prove. If there is other universes, I think that they would be in a kind of multiverse pattern making them inaccessable to us as they are in an alternate plane of time and space.

I absolutely think there could be other universes. It just makes sense. I fail to see how this universe is the only one out there. If this one exists, then it is logical to think that many others do as well. Nobody in this life time will probably end up knowing but I am confident that others will be discovered eventually.
