Cash. It doesn't screw up at the register, don't have to fill out tons of applications for it and it doesn't tempt you to spend more than is actually there. Plus, I'm not all that thrilled with the idea of going "cashless"...lol

I orefer to use cash just because I aways know how much money I have. I have had too many experiences going to buy something at the store with the card scanner saying "insificient funds."

Bad things happen when you rely too much on credit. It's better to just pay for everything in cash and get it over with. If you don't have enough money to just buy it, it definitely isn't worth it.

I picked other.

We have a system here in Australia called EFTPOS.
This means Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale.
What is does is effectively turn your ATM card into a debit card that accesses your funds directly.
I find this method as reliable as cash, but a lot safer.
Though I still make sure to keep some cash on hand, just in case.

I use my debit/atm card to pay for stuff. It's the same as cash because you have to have the money in your account.... but it's safe like DH said. I would use cash more often but it's a pain to always have enough cash on hand.

As far as everyday transactions go, I am a big cash guy. I just find it easier to track what I am spending if I use cash.

For bills and stuff like that I usually just pay it online with my debit card. Saves me a lot of time.
