yeah, mexico is a hole.... unless you are at a resort

but resorts aren't for mexicans....

I do want to visit though.... I want to eventually visit all the central and south american countries at least once.... but I doubt I'll be able to....

My mom and sister went to Mexico recently...they said it actually wasn't as bad as you think, but then again, they're both crazy, so who knows?

Also, geeogree...before she went to Mexico, my sister spent 6 months as an exchange student in Chile. She recommends you don't go there, since the pollution there is even worse than the fabled pollution in Mexico City. She also went on a few trips to Brazil, and had some very positive things to say about the experience...oh yeah, and she also traveled to Easter Island even though it's a tourist deathtrap. Quite an interesting place, she said.
