On some systems, double-clicking on the screen lets you adjust the controls. If this doesn't work, can you include more info like what system and game you're having trouble with? Also, it can't hurt to reinstall the RGR Plugin.

It might actually be the game because your computer may not be able to run it properly. I have that problem and I can't play some of the N64 games that I tried out.

This happened to me too. You're going to have to turn IE's protected mode off for the keyboard to work. No biggie...

You can either make Vizzed a "trusted site on the IE protection or just disable the protection altogether in order to make the keyboard work:

MAKE VIZZED A TRUSTED SITE:

Click the 'Tools' tab and go to 'Internet Options'
within the 'Internet Options', click the 'Security' tab
click 'Trusted Sites'
click the 'Sites' button
type in https://www.vizzed.com in the 'Add this website to the zone:' box and than click the 'Add' button

TURN OFF IE PROTECTED MODE:
Click the 'Tools' tab and go to 'Internet Options'
click the 'Security' tab From the 'Security' tab, click 'Trusted Sites'
uncheck 'Enable Protected Mode'

And - bling!- magic solves the problem!
