Call me old school, but I like the new school characters. I pick Soma Cruz. Dawn of Sorrow was the first Castlevania game that I really enjoyed (I bought Circle of the Moon, but I didn't appreciate how good it was until years later). Don't get me wrong, I love Simon and the older games (well, the original, II isn't that good, III I have yet to try but I have heard that it is hella hard, and IV confuzzles me).

So I am not the only one that took forever to realize that Alucard was Dracula backwards? haha That makes me feel better. I have to say he was my favorite also. I know it isn;t the same as the classics but Symphony of the Night was a killer game! I have more hours in that game then any other!
