I run marathons, paddle an outrigger canoe, play soccer and softball on teams. I lift, do sprints, and everything else on my own or with friends.

I just got a new trek bike and im starting to ride that about 10 miles a day. I feel a lot better now that im starting to work out again. Now i just need to pick up some weights!
