hello..i am unable to redefine keys to the keyboard after i unplug the pc controller from my computer..the keyboard has no response when i attempt to play or redefine keys back to the keyboard.

any help would be appreciated. thanks.

I would suggest using a Firefox or google chrome browser instead of a IE browser. If it still doesn't work, I would uninstall the plugin completely and make sure you install it correctly.
