Sometimes when I tried to go to Vizzed I got a message like this:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 4 seconds exceeded in C:inetpubvhostsvizzed.comhttpdocsvizzedboardlibfunction.php on line 733

I don't think this is the temp file issue that I've heard of before because it does this on every page. The only difference is that the 3-digit number after the word "line" varies. The other strange part is that it eventually works. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, sometimes it takes a few hours, and it even took a day or two once or twice. If anyone would like to explain to me what it is and/or how to fix/stop it, please do.

well, that error you see right there is caused because it's taking more than 4 seconds to load the page so the attempt is aborted. That should be unrelated to you not being able to access the board at all at times.

Sometimes the board does go down and can't be accessed.... but those 2 issues are not related.

Okay. For what it's worth, I've only had this message on Vizzed. On other sites there is usually some other message about the page being unable to load. That's why I thought it was worth posting here.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
