I take a multi vitamin, a fish oil capsule and use a tablespoon of protein powder on my healthier choice breakfast cereal. I take a protein bar to work to have an hour before first break, I start to get hungry.

I have in the past, big waste of money though There are lots of nutritional products out that brainwash people into believing it will work miracles for them. For instance, fat burners... just exercise and eat right and you can save a ton of cash. Most of my nutrition comes from diet coke and mcdonalds haha

I've heard that taking multi-vitamins can cause arthritis. You take extra minerals into your system and they end up getting put into your joints over time and causes arthritis. Not sure how true it is but it makes me skeptical about using them.

Plus I've also heard they aren't as effective as we are made to believe.

guess what... vitamins and minerals aren't enough. You're missing out on the anti-oxidants that fruits and vegetables have that supplements don't have. Buy fruits and vegetables instead and you'll be healthier.
