adrian1984 : A moderators job is to manage the forum as best they can.
This includes closing threads, moving threads they think are better suited to another section, defining the rules and enforcing them.
There is no RULE about what threads go where, only sections that threads fit into better.

The thread you are talking about was made before the polls section even existed.
Plus not every poll and question needs to be in the polls and question section, it was mainly made to handle the overflow of polls and questions from general chat and cafe corner.
Music threads will most ALWAYS be moved to the MUSIC section seeing as that's what it's for.
If you have a problem with a staff member you should discuss it in private rather then making snide comments in public.
I'm closing this due to that fact.
