Finally my dreams are coming true, making a flash series and creating a fun game, however it is not that easy :

I want some one who is familiar with flash to be my private tutor, I need to ask quite a lot of questions on flash, I know some basics but I have a lot of unanswered questions and I want to learn coding, I also want tips to drawing stuff, I know how to make a stick figure move but I fail at making him look like he is moving his legs and not having a seizure

I can pay about 500 Viz per 3-5 lessons or so, I am still thinking of the price.

If you are still looking around, honestly your best bet would be getting some type of book. Amazon has several and you can look over the reviews there. Once you had gotten through the books this type of thing may be more useful to you when you come to specific problems. 500 Viz would be nowhere near enough for the amount of questions you'd need to ask and what not.
