As far as choosing a "worst" it's pretty tough for me to just choose one.

I guess one of the games I consider horrible would be The Terminator for the NES. There is not one redeeming quality about that game. Horrible graphics for NES standards, crappy controls, and sound that is so bad, I don't know if you could even consider it "music" You can only have a maximum of 6 lives at one time, and no continues.
