Personally I stuck to classical instruments throughout middle school and high school. I can play almost every woodwind instrument, I had started to pick up the brass (but never went anywhere with it).

Not to be a jerk, but I hate woodwinds. There far too easy to play and people who play them can get away with so many mistakes. Brass is harder, way harder

I agree with brass being difficult ziggy, thats why I never went far with it! But woodwinds are not that easy.

That and the economy's not so hot right now...... AND, where I live is the city where there's all techno, rap, and other crap... So it's not the best place to have a violin shop.

I play Guitar and Piano, and I also sing. I'm better at Piano, then singing, then Guitar. I've got an acoustic right now, but I'd like to get an electric sometime in the next few years. I was looking a few up and I really like the Epiphone Hollow-Body. It's not terribly expensive (it's cheaper than a PS3, at least), but it doesn't look like crap, either.

It's like a super violin on steroids had a baby with a small piano on crack and the baby was this.
It seems weird and is supposedly really hard to play.
But when somone plays it good it's heaven music!
