I cannt get that Apple II games to work....for example i tried playing epyx championship wrestling and hit the reset button to start but the games doesnt start

When I was playing a different Apple ][ game, I found I had to hit reset and then click inside the game window to get it going. Alternatively, I could also alt-tab to some other window, and then back to the game window.
