Well, copy pasta that link into, say, your facebook profile or as an answer on Yahoo! Answers, and you soon will have people migrating here. You see, each link is customized to each certain user; it includes you user number in the link as to track people coming to this site via the code. You refer somebody by giving them your link in the box just beneath your announcements box.
If they click on your link and sign up, you get a referral, and when they make there first post you get Viz.
