To whom this may concern, or to whoever holds the answers.I've been having some problems with games loading or loading correctly without errors. If I enter a game but the game fails to succesfully load, and I exit,will I be charged Viz ? If so can I get a Reimbursement ? If not, why, and will I get some other form of compensation ? Like a back massage and some frequent flyer points? If yes, thank you kindly oh Viz God.

Well, when you click on the game you'll be sent to the game's profile and it's summary.
Once you click "Play Game," you'll automatically 'buy' the game.
But if you don't like it or if there are any problems,
then you can either 'sell' the game, for a little less than what you payed for.
Or you can get a full 'refund' on the game, but watch out. You only get 3 refunds a day.
These options can be found on top of the game screenshots.
In between will be a 'rate' option. The sell/refund options will be on the side of that.

As for the problem of your game,
Did you download the Vizzed RGR plugin?
For whatever game you play, you want to have the plugin for the "reccomended" option.
That's the best way for the game to load successfully.

No. Buying and selling only refers to your ability to play the games. You buy the game by playing it. Once you have purchased the game you can play it as many times as you want without paying any more Viz. You sell the game back and that means you can't play it anymore without paying.
