Welcome. I don't know how to answer all you questions, but I'll answer those I know

#1 click on the person's name. You'll open that person's profile, then click on 'send private message'
#2 you can only save in those games that support saves and by pressing F2. If F2 is not working, then I'm afraid saving won't be possible
#3 beat me. I don't really know, guess you'll have to ask a moderator or Davideo7, the owner
#4 You need to install vizz plugin, have you done that? If you haven'y, do it here https://www.vizzed.com/vizzedboard/thread.php?id=8676
If you have and it's still not working, try a different browser. I'm playing Zelda OoT w/ Google Chrome, and I'm not experiencing any trouble - I can save and I'm using a PC controller
#5 10 vizz per post, that's what I always got. However, there are other ways of getting Viz. Did you take newbie test? It awards you up to 400 Viz. You can also donate. US$10 goes for 10,000 Viz. Rating a game you own (aka, one have bought w/ you viz) also grants you some viz, and many other ways
