Well, there is a rule about "ask anything about...(insert a topic here)" threads. Click here to read the rule.
In other words you have to ask the staff and having their permission, in order to start an new "ask anything" thread.

If I were you, I would send a PM to global mods asking for permission. I can't promise that it will become accepted, but you can try
