hey david, do you think it would be possible to make a java plugin compatible with the ps3?

This would be amazing. I can't count how many times I've been on Vizzed via my ps3 and want to play some of the games on here.

Chronabis : I am still waiting to get a new PS3 console but I was able to briefly access Vizzed after I was able to get back on my PS3 after a YLOD repair. I have been extremely reluctant to use my current console normally due to what I was advised by the man who fixed the console that it was only a temporary thing and that it would likely happen again.

I have heard that the newer model PS3’s have less chance of getting the infamous yellow light of death due to have it is constructed internally. I was able to access VIzzed as I was testing out my old PS3, It would be great to be able to play games via it though but it is a good alternative for checking the boards and or, checking your messages (Assuming of course that you have a keyboard because if not, it’s hell.)

I am hoping that by the end of the month that I will have a new console. The only thing holding me up right now in regard to that besides money is that I want to keep all of my game data and PSN rankings and I am planning on getting a data transfer done upon buying a new console. It is a nice idea though if I were able to play games on Vizzed via my PS3.

If only. If only. I would love to do that, it would make Vizzed's ratings go up I imagine. Most people I know say they wouldnt go here because of how much data there computer doesn't have,

That would be so cool. But their is a problem: the PlayStation 3 files would be too big.

I don't think that this will happen anytime soon.

This requires coding. Coding costs money.

This probably won't happen. Ever. We're struggling even to get basic disc-based games on here. There is three problems with putting PS3 games on here:

1. The file sizes are FRIGGEN huge:

With only two servers, storage size on here is limited. The PS3 games would eat it up.

2. The files would take too long to load:

Even with a fast internet connection, a PS3 game would take hours to load.

3. Death of the bandwidth:

If you don't understand what bandwidth is (I hope you do), bandwidth is a max amount of data you can send out to users of your site in a month. For example, if I saw a picture totaling 100KB on here, it would take up 100KB of the bandwidth. Simply putting the RGR and the RTR on here swallows up the bandwidth, putting a modern game on here would cause many blackouts and a HUGE jump in price to keep Vizzed up.

8bitgamer : There's another problem you guys failed to mention...you can't read (only kidding) He didn't say that there should be PS3 games on the site, he wants to be able to play the games that are on here through his PS3. HUGE difference.
