joelcranwell : Um... It was made because Square was near bankruptcy. They were expecting that to be the final game made by them, but it turned out to be very popular. The man behind didn't make it while he was dying. You can't make a game on the verge of death.

If you were being all poetic... The grammar didn't give that tone. Sorry. You can type however you want, but poetic tones tend to get destroyed when you use grammar that is below someone learning English. I mean this as a suggestion.

The modern day Legend of Zelda games, especially. Your guide will tell you to collect these artifact things, then all of a sudden, they either don't work or the big bad guy takes them all. Then your guide tells you to get these different artifacts. Don't get me wrong, good game, however, long plot line.

And I believe the Metroid Prime games. Alot of REALLY experienced players can ace it in an hour, but me, no matter how fast I play, I only beat it in three hours. On top of that, I take breaks so I don't strain my eyes (or go blind) so combined time would be a day or two.

It took so long to get to one place to another, and sometimes you would have to keep going to one place and another again and again like a yo yo (all that blue card stuff from that guilmon) If only it had something like fly from the pokemon games instead of the circuit board. Also it was one of my first games and rpg games. Not that it was a bad game, it was great, I like long games especially if they have a good story, which I thought digimon world 3 had.

Mine is Zelda Majoras mask. Ocarina of times is way better, fun and easier to beat. I tried beating majoras mask for years now..and I finally gave up. I refuse to use cheat codes...but I'm fixin to start playing it again. Hopefully I'll be able to get past the Zora stage...

Star Ocean Till The End Of Time took a long time for me to beat. It's a very long game and to sit through the whole story and the fact that there were extra areas to explore made the game longer. The 200 floor Sphere Company building was so long that I started writing down every item I got on each floor so that I can get the rare items on my next play through and not go crazy looking in every nook and cranny for everything. Bosses come up probably every 10 floors or so but Lenneth was unforgiving then there was Ethereal Queen and after that Freya. God! A little girl whooped the stuffing out of me in seconds but I eventually defeated her after 15 to 20 minutes of constant chaos on the battle field, her Ether Blasts tore a mud hole in my character's back end for the last time.

Surgiac : I was about to mention of how SA2B would be one of the longest games to get 100% .

I never bother to even pass the kid part of OOT so I can't talk about that.

I wonder why no one mentioned SSBB and getting 100 % there, it is insane, the CDs and stuff are all random even a factory didn't help, that game is really really hard to get 100% and if anyone on Vizzed did that without cheats and stuff, I really admire that guy.

I also think the Pokemon games might be counted, as running looking for rare Pokemon to get 100 % is also insane.

Didowe : Aside from the clock running while raising Chao but not finishing the game, it didn't take me too terribly long to get 100% on SA2B. It was pretty fun playing the Green Hill Zone in 3D.
