2 of em are lv 18,3 of em are lv 21,and 1 is lv 8 or 9..why arnt they obeying anything?i got the boulder badge so why?i am lost this has never happened before can anyone give me some answers? im playing leaf green by the way

well its starting to make me mad because i cant beat misty because the pokemon are bein retarted..i gotta feeling im gonna have to start all over.i have 3 action replay codes and even if i use em this never happens but i recently changed the master code could that be the reason why the pokemon are being dumb?

I don't find that hard to believe. Were they traded to you? Are you their original trainer? If not, traded pokemon won't obey their new trainers without certain badges. In FireRed, a traded Pokemon will obey its trainer up to level 30, with the Cascade Badge. So you need to beat Misty first for them to obey you.
In HGSS, you need the Hive Badge, in DP you need Coal Badge, and in RSE the one in Dewford(not gonna look it up).

Are you sure about that? Because I know that I have mucked around with AR codes and while the pokemon had my trainer name and code they were getting boosted exp after battle, hence they counted as traded pokemon.
Check by beating a wild pokemon, see if they say they are getting bossted exp or not.

yea ive been getting a boosted experience after battle..well looks like im starting over lol.the 3 codes that i only use is the master code(obviously),quick level up code,and the infinite money code(which just give you the max amount of money over time) thats it.i canged the master code back to the original code it was before i changed everything so maybe i wont have this problem again.

Well, I suggest not using cheating devices at all, as I think it ruins the experience in the game, but if your hardset on cheating, then wait until you badges so that Pokemon of level 50 or higher can obey you, that way your pokemon never reach the maximum. Using action replay messes up more than just the code your trying to use, so it's not usually a good idea.

Cheats kinda ruin the game and i never did need money in pokemon
Training pokemon isnt that hard either it just takes some time and thats where all the fun in the game is (for me anyways) to look back and see how much you have accomplished with all your hard work
