Well I'm leaving Arizona to California tomorrow at 5am. I was originally waiting till I could afford a car then I'd leave, but some events occurred that made that unlikely. The old get into a altercation with your moms boyfriend routine . The part I didn't see coming was the cops taking his side. I guess its cool out here to choke out 13 year old girls. So its become a pretty uncomfortable environment to say the least. So now I'm headed back to Cali to take care of my warrant and endure "the loop" (Triune knows what I'm talking about lol). And then just continue my life. I'll still be on here, but for a couple of weeks I'll probably be inactive. So yea just thought I'd say that.

Yea sorry bout the post being a lil' vague/sloppy.

But basically the reason I'm leaving is because a couple of nights ago my moms boyfriend was trying to lecture my little sisters about their grades and school. So he has been talking to them for about an hour, then one of my sisters starts to get an attitude. Telling him to just leave them alone and stuff like that. So they start to argue a little bit, then eventually my moms boyfriend starts to cuss at her, she starts to cuss at him. So I am just listening, in my room. So things continued to escalate for a couple of minutes. Then I heard a bunch of bangs on the walls. So I opened my door and he was on top of my sister with his hands around her throat choking her. So I basically lost it and ran in her room and told him to "get the f*** off of her". then he stood up and I got in his face and told him "If you ever put your hands on my sister like that again I'll f****** kill you"(might of been a little much). So then my moms boyfriend goes "oh yea" and he picks up his cell phone and calls the cops and tells them to come over. And then as soon as he got off the phone with them, I could tell he started to worry that maybe he would be the one going to jail. So the cops get here, I tell them what happened, then he tells them what happened. And then the cops comes over to me and says "according to Arizona state law, a parent or guardian can use any measure of restraint to restrain a combative minor, so basically there isn't anything I can do". I asked "so at what point does it become assault or abuse? And my sister wasn't being combative, he was" And he didn't even answer me. So the cops talked to my little sisters for a little bit and then left. So after all that my mom calls me and says "if something like that happens again, I'm kicking you out". So that about did it for me.

That sucks man, sounds like you're facing a lot of legal issues, I've been there. All I can say dude is, obviously stay low, but keep your head up. It makes me cringe just thinking of jail, but I assume it's a minor warrant because you said for only a couple of weeks you'll be inactive?

Actually the cops didn't tell me anything about threatening him. So I got lucky on that one. But the warrant in O.C. isn't a big deal, Its just a failure to appear for possession of Mari. under one oz.. So I'll only be in there for 2 or 3 days max.
