Inside the power planet Registeel and Rekiou sit there you tap a on them and they say 'Rzzz or Grrr" but after that they disappear what did I do wrong?

I mean when you click on them a battle is supposed to engage but it isn't for some reason, anyways I couldn't find where to put this thread so I decided to put it here instead. You can even check on youtube and you will see the person doing what you are doing and engaging the legendaries in a battle. But when I click on them all that shows up is either what they are supposed to say, but after that nothing they just disappear and when you go off screen and return back they show back up. But even then the same thing happens again.

You know it clearly shows on the screen shots people catching, battling, and having the legendary pokemon. I tried clicking on several of the legendary pokemon and it wasn't working all they did was just disappear and reappearing off screen when you click on them.
