What kind of a question is that? Of course they should bring those old toons back! I always watched Dexter's Laboratory and Johnny Bravo, but I didn't really watch anything else back then :/

If they did I'd probably watch cartoon network more. Two stupid dogs, Samurai Jack, Dexters Lab, Johnny Bravo, Ed, Edd N Eddy would be much better re-runs then some of the new show re-runs.

And some of the older Disney shows were pretty cool. Chip n Dales Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, The Mighty Ducks and Gargoyles.

Hell yeah they should bring the old cartoons back. These new ones now stink and totally over do it.

I agree, some of the shows are ok but their just a bunch of randomness and most of the time isn't even funny.

Their current shows are horrible, so of course I'd say that they should bring back the older shows that I used to watch on Saturday mornings on Teletoon and YTV. (CN is American, I don't get it, but my stations import them to Canada.)

Definitely. I miss the good old CN shows like Ed Edd N Eddy, Courage The Cowardly Dog, Johnny Bravo, and all of that other good stuff. Adventure Time is the only good show on there anymore, I've never seen Regular Show but that actually looks a bit funny too. And they also put a bunch of stupid live-action shows on. WTF? It's called CARTOON Network for a reason morons. Whoever is the CEO of Cartoon Network should get fired.

I would love it if they brought back some classic cartoon network, but the only problem then would be the irritating re-runs. Although it would still be better than most of the shows on there now.

MTV doesn't even play much music anymore. It's all reality nonsense. Who wants to watch that on a music channel?

Yup. I agree with the Nick and MTV statements too. The only show that I like on MTV is Jackass. Everything else there is crap, and don't even get me started on Jersey Shore....

Most of the cartoons on now are either cheap knockoffs of canceled shows or lame live action stuff.

"Misadventures of Flapjack" is just a cheap "Spongebob" knockoff (Spongebob sucks now too). "Johnny Test" is a cheap role-reversal knockoff of "Dexter's Lab" and is offensive on many levels. "Batman the Brave and the Bold" is overly childish and lame, especially after the first animated Batman cartoon. Batman beyond was good, but not up to par with it's predecessor, and they don't even show THIS anymore. Chowder is surprisingly good though, and at least they haven't taken KND off the air yet. Can't they at least show a few reruns? I wanna see Reboot again.

Disney had lots of good stuff too. Duck Tales, Darkwing Duck, Chip'n'Dale... does the Disney Channel even have animation on it anymore?

Nickelodeon cartoons weren't as good as the Cartoon Network or Disney cartoons, but most were still better than the ones today.



I can understand that animation is expensive, especially hand-drawn, but live action shows with cartoon antics almost invariably suck, and the rest are recycled garbage that hardly even attempts to cover that fact up. Do people actually like this crap or do they watch it because they really can't think of anything better to do (in which case, it's THEIR fault)? This is why I don't really watch TV anymore.

Lagslayer : Some of the writers and creators of Spongebob worked on Flapjack, Johnny Test is godawful, and I kind of liked Brave and the Bold because it reminds me of the 70's and 80's comics. I loved Batman Beyond and the original 90's Batman even more.

I honestly think they should bring back one of the newer-older ones, Fosters home for Imaginary Friends. I actually didn't like Courage the Cowardly Dog, but Dexter's Lab is awesome.

I missed that old feeling I use to get, booking the TV room of my condo because I have no cable, all the shows like rule.

I also don't know why "Foaster's home for Imaginary friends" was canceled, because that show was "SWEET" (As what Bloo might say, or I think might say).

Also... I missed Dexter's Lab, although it was not tooken off, no one makes more epsiodes and it is normally shown very late at night it is ridiculous (yea, no adult swarm here, or I think).

Also, was "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" on CN ? That was a show I only watched once and loved, but never didn't find it again, until recently, I guesss I want that to go back to CN if it was there, kids today only love a killing "life from" known as Shadow that is super overpowered (FUN FACT : Shadow is my least favorite Sonic character).
