there aren't really requirements.... some games simply run differently on the emulators than others. There is a new version of the plugin being tested right now that will hopefully handle those issues.... but at this point there is little you can do to fix that. Maybe try a different browser, but I doubt that will work.

Yeah, I've had a ton of problems as well with several N64 games, but I don't think it's the computer. You could just try out several games for now to try to find some without glitches, but right now, I'd just wait for the new version of the plugin geeogree mention to come out.
