Totts : Ice cubes was an idea I had. I like pain, though, so I would rather just get a box of rubber bands. Pretty sure someone who uses ice cubes kinda wants a quick fix. Gloves would only be needed for long fixes, which would be unlikely unless you decided to bring a cooler into the area you do this stuff in. Or if you live alone.

Music is more constructive for me. I play guitar, and the only part I hate is the top fret. Everytime I play A minor or E Minor in a recording, I will promptly say, "Man. This fret is from Hell." I mean... It digs into your fingers like a bear claw in the shower, and if you are making large use of that fret, I hope you have strong finger. One thing in music could drive me to depression, though... WHAMMY BAR OVER USE! Just listen to this Exodus song.

Yes. That swearing thing is common at metal shows. Not sure why. It's funny, at least. But... If you see the guitarist also moving his hand on something that isn't a fret or string, it's the whammy bar. I never make use of mine, as I hate them. Mine is on a beginner's guitar, too. I mean... Yeah. You look so evil and devilish trying to play and click a little knob.
