MAGICARP IS NOT WORTHLESS! IT IS THE BEST POKEMON EVER!!!! EVEN BETTER THAN DARK LUGIA, ANGEALLEN, AND MEWTWO COMBINED!!!!!!! HE'S INVINCIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Haha, just kiddin', but he isn't worthless. He does alright in the contests (beauty, cool, smart, etc.) and he has a really good evolution. He's also good over Wi-Fi because you can send him out first at LV5 to get your opponent cocky, then send out a bunch of LV100 pokemon.
