No I don't think Naruto would hit a girl unless she is a direct threat to his life. Second have Hinata slap Sakura around, I'd think it would be fair game if a girl hits a girl for hitting others. On the bright side at least she avoided kicking him in the family gems which would land him in surgery because of her abnormal power.

Well considering Naruto sticks his foot in his mouth every chance he gets he almost deserves a few of those punches. But when she punches him for something stupid I think she deserves to get hit back. But Naruto would never do it.
