Couple of things:

1. Don't post random pictures.
2. Try and be more specific with topics.
3. There may be some games that don't work right now. i.e. Most Gameboy games.

In addition to Robert's statements, if a game that needs the plugin to work doesn't work, you won't be able to play it unless the game itself is altered. And, unless I'm mistaken, that can only be done by the creator of the hack.
