Give Brock a break, I mean he spent most of his life taking care of his brothers and sisters. I never seen Brock grab any girl's behind or breasts or try to hook up with a married woman. So he hangs out with a 15 year old, I figure that Brock would learn a lot more from Ash's adventures and Brock deserves to be happy too.
