Unfortunately multiplayer isnt available yet.
The next plugin update should fix saving issues (which is very important for multiplayer), not sure if it will include any main multiplayer features though.
I think the first system to get multiplayer will probably be the snes as it already is nearly coded for multiplayer, but again I cant make any promises as to when this will be, sorry
