Hey. I'm assuming you want this for offline play rather then play in the Retro Game Room?
Well most of the games in the RGR can be downloaded from Davideo7s other site http://www.get-your-rom.com/
You need both the rom (which is the game file) and the emulator (which is the program that plays the rom).
Be aware though that unless you know how to deal with the save files (requires some PC and emulator knowledge) your offline game will not use the same save as your online RGR game or vise versa.
