I am guessing this cannot be done. But, I was trying to mute or turn down the sound on the SNES emulator. I know where on the menu to go but the menu leading to the sound control can only be done but keyboard. Is this common, a bug, or just me? Please someone let me know.

I have experienced this issue myself.
At first I thought maybe it was a RGR error but I found out that others can use the mouse in the emulator just fine so I suspect it's a browser related error.
Try clicking the screen multiple times (though I suspect you have tried this and it didnt work) or try using a different internet browser.

falstead : It might be a Chrome issue then as I was using Chrome as well when that happened.
Try IE or FireFox if you can.

I've had the mouse get stuck on ZSNES, and found by minimizing the game window, then reopen it and click on the screen that it realigns the arrow.

Additionally, it happens on the RGR. I found by exiting the menu, then minimize and go back into the menu after reopening the window, that the mouse is functional.
