The best show ever, in my opinion, would have to be Firefly. They only were allowed to make 14 episodes before it got canceled, but the acting was so great, the cast had such good chemistry, and it was so well written that it could be hilarious and serious at the same time. The show had everything, space ships, cow boys, lesbians, zombie like monster things, government conspiracy, smugglers, guns, martial arts, and everything else good. It's such a shame they canceled it, that show really could have gone somewhere. It was written by Joss Whedon, the same guy who wrote Buffy the vampire slayer. If he had that kind of credit and that sort of long running series, you think they would have given his show more of a shot.
