I would've picked Stunky/Skuntank but for plain Poison I'll go with Weezing because Levitate removes its weakness to ground moves. Plus I think it's a decent pokémon. What about Koffing, Ekans, Nidoran♂, Nidoran♀, Grimer, & Gulpin? You didn't add them to the poll. They're pre-evolved but they are plain Poison.

I say Nidorido because he's easiest to train on my Pokemon LeafGreen game (because I trade for him). That and I think he's the coolest of the current options. He's so cool he's even on the original Pokemon game intros and on the Pokemon series premier.
