well. Usually I get overly stressed before getting depressed. But when I do get depressed, I usually meditate, and talk to someone about it.

Yeah, talking to others does help a LOT.

The most I can say is to grit your teeth and remember that it's temporary. I've had to give every dime of my money to my parents for a long time (I won't say how long...just...long) to help pull them out of their financial hole before I can finally move out. It felt like it would never end. I've grown up around our money problems. That's just life for me. But you know what? It's all temporary. As a matter of fact, today is the last time I have to give them any of my money. I've saved us from losing the house, from losing all 3 vehicles, etc, etc. And now it's my turn.

I don't know much about your situation, FF_Freak, but I'll tell you this: You won't have to stay there forever. Keep going, it's only temporary.

Yes...talkin' to people really does help I agree...I usually talk to David or Vash and they usually help me. Don't let the doctor tell you that Welbutren helps, because it doesn't really. It never helped me anyway. I'm always like depressed though. I'm always thinkin' about something and it's hard not to think about something that makes me depressed when I live with the parents I do...and...I do try to keep goin' it's really hard though

I just read this massage book that talked about how your back tensed up and your muscles got stressed and bunched. And that resulted in your neck muscle thing being pulled on hardcore, and that resulted in headaches and eyepains. The book said that most headaches come from tension in your back. So I would suggest finding some nice girls to give you some backrubs!!! Always helps for me. And find some solid friends that like to do the same thing as you and are dependable. Then you can hang out with them. Try to keep a positive outlook on life and laugh alot. I can't relate very much because most of the time I'm alright and I keep a positive outlook on life. If life gets tough for me I just outwait it and wait for good things to start happening.
