Yes oh geeze yes. I read 'The Astonishing Life of Octavian Nothing, Traitor to the Nation Vol. 1: The Pox Party' long a$$ title I know but I absolutely hated the book from beginning to end. It was boring, dry, and lacking in pretty much everything.

a LOT of books are disappointments to me. but the only ones that Ive actually read the whole thing of weren't boring. one disappointment are the harry potter books. i thought the movies were ok, but the books were extremely boring to me. i have not finished one harry potter book yet, and Ive barely started them too.
