Hi , this is wheresthegoodpokemon here with a question
could anyone help me get the Nintendo DS Emulator?
as I've seen many different Youtube videos of how to get it and how to set it up and I figured you were one of those people who knew how to do it in specific as I have tried countless times and I've always failed , if you can help me that would be greatly appreciated as I would like to know how to do it correctly
I would like to play Nintendo DS games on my computer and also I'd like to shoot some Nintendo DS Videos too for my friends who love the platform so much so if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated

one last thing , if anyone would be so kind for me to guide me to a legit website that has actual Nintendo DS Roms, five in specific being Poke'mon Heart Gold and Poke'mon Soul Silver Version English versions and Poke'mon Platinum , Diamond and Pearl English Versions instead of just save files from DS roms that would also be greatly appreciated too! thanks!

You'll want to get No$GBA from GYR. Dont be fooled by the name of the emulator, it is a fully working DS emulator, probably the best one right now.
It requires virtually no setup, just extract it from the archive (zip/rar) it is in and run the exe file.
The only thing you need to set up with it is the controls, you can find that under options then control setup.
That's really the only thing you have to set up, so there's not much that can go wrong

though isn't there some cheat you're supposed to put in to fix the black screen?
and how do I get it to work at 100% Speed?

If a game gives you a black screen then it needs to be patched to work, it's nothing to do with the emulator.
This only happens on some games, mostly only newer games like Soul Silver/Heart Gold.
You will have to find an anti piracy removal patch and patch the rom most likely.
Or sometimes a cheat code works.

The emulator runs at 100% by default, so maybe your PC isnt powerful enough to handle DS games if it isnt running at 100%.

go to Utility, then cheats, then add the code and a name and check the bubble next to action replay and check the box next to RAW, then click ok and make sure the box next to the cheat is checked and hit ok, then go to file,then click reset cartridge. Also there is a button which can speed up the games, it is set to + by default. Hope this helps.
