Ok, so today marks the 5th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, a hurricane that DESTROYED New Orleans. As of now, I think New Orleans is recovering greatly from that tragedy. What do you guys think?

its getting there i went last year after 4 years and it was looking better , Rita did more damage i think because the leaves were blown,living in LA i know about the news over here if u want ill tell what the oil spill did.
